Homemade Semolina Pasta
Start by gathering all the ingredients:

4. Once the dough becomes thin enough, switch the pasta roller to a thinner setting and repeat the process of rolling and dusting until the pasta reaches the desired thickness.
5. Once the pasta reaches the desired thickness, use a pasta cutter or knife to cut it into the desired shape.
Boiling and Serving:
1. Boil a pot of salted water, then gently add the fresh pasta.
2. Cook the pasta for around 2-3 minutes, depending on the thickness.
3. Once cooked, drain the pasta and toss it with your favorite sauce and toppings.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!

- If the dough feels too dry, add a little bit of warm water to bring it together.
